PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
CAMERA:
Camera have had a huge development in quality and desing since each new design is smaller to be able to carry around easier and the image quality is very hish. Currently we can chose in what tone we would like our pictures, as well as size print quality. Now with digital cameras rolls of film are a thing of the past, most camera now have expandable internal memories. In addition it is no longer necessary to print pictures, we are now able to download them directly to a PC or a CD and we can even new them on T.V.
TELEPHONES:
This aparatus has grown with the passing of time, to startin years past few people counted on this service and now it´s rare to find someone without. It has become so easy that al most everyone worldwide can have a cellular phone to not only talk but to also send message, both text and image, now we can even video phone from land and cell lines and not to mention that it was our fiest dear conection for the internet.
TELEVISION:
The development that television has incurred has been purely estetic in order to save space and obviously so they look bettler since we currently can find them in plasma, L.C.D , and all sizes we can images, also the sound quality, the high fidelity quality with wich they count, simulate that we are in the teatre.
STEROS:
I belive that this product has evolved the most over the years from the age when a huge plastic disc, difficult to care for moved on to 8 track tapes streamling to cassettes, both of wich continued tobe plastic and difficult to care for. These were exchanged for walkmans after a few years became obsolete giving way to Discman that used CD´s that had a greater capacity and sharper sound, currently these are new also almost obsolete bing repaced by IPOD´S with an enormous memory that allows you to travel with all your music anywhere yo go, and now they even hare the capacity to play videos.
althouth we can´t forget that stereos still exist, even though we normally find them in homes, IPOD´S however do offer the abilityto plug in speakers and achive te some effect.

THE BEST THINGS SINCE THE BACORDE
- According to the text which of the following is going to happen?
Supermarket staff will be alerted when goods are stolen because smart shelves and products whith smart tangs will be able to comunicate with each other and store staff, as in the case of a Walmart store in Brockton, Massachuset that carry Gillette razors.
2. Tarditional Radio Frequency Identification was
More expensive that the new smart tags because in the past four years the cost of the cheapest tags hasplunged from $2 to 20 cents. In the next two to three years prices are likely to fall to five cents or less.
3.Gillette´s experiment will
Tag shelves as well as goods. Gillette is piloting two uses for its tags. The fist combines smart tags whith "smart shelves", which are fitted with tag readers.
4.Using smart tags to monitor products will
Reduce the number of mistakes usualliy made. Smart tags can be scaned automatically as pallets of products pass along conveyor belts and through loading bays. As a result, shipment errors and theft will be reduced.
5.By using the "kill command" consumers will
Lose after-sales services. Customer would forego after-sales benefits, such as better warranty and returned goods services.

DILEMA & DECISION 10
TASK 1
- I AM IN FAVOR OF PAPARAZZIS BEING ABLE TO POTOGRAPH CELEBRITIES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, AS LONG AS THEY ARE RESPECTFUL OF INTIMATE MOMENTS OR AS IN THE CASE OF THE GOLDEN COUPLE WHERE THEY HAD A PRIOR WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH A MEMBER OF THE PRESS.
- GIVEN THE FAXT THAT CELEBRITIES ARE ALWAYS IN THE PUBLIC LIGTH, I BELIVE IT ABSURB THAT A CELEBRITY TRADEMARK HIS FACE. ALTHOUGH I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WOUL ALLOW FOR ADITIONAL INCOME EVERYTIME SOMEONE USED THEIR IMAGE.
- I BELIVE THAT THE ARTISTS CERTAIN HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO REQUEST PRIVACY IN EVENTS OF A FAMILY NATURE, DUE TO THE ADDED RISK THAT A NON CELEBRITY FAMILY MEMBER, SINCH AS A CHIL OR PARENT ARE LEFT EXPOSED TO SUCH THINGS AS KIDNAPPINGS AND ASSALTS BECAUSE OF THEIR RELATION TO THE CELEBRITY.
- I BELIVE A CERTAIN AMOUT OF DISTRESS MAYBE CAUSED BY THE PUBLICATION OF CERTAIN UNAUTHARIZED PHOTE DUE TO THE POSSIBLE SECURITY RISK.
- THE MAGAZINE HELLO DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUBLISH, THE PHOTOS SINCE THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN SOULD UNDER EXCLUSIVE RIGTH, AT THAT MOMENT THE ARE VIOLATING NOT ONLY INFRINGEMENT LAWS BUT I BELIVE THEY ARE BEHAVING UNETHICALLY.
TASK 2
IF I WERE THE JUDGE IN THIS LAWSUIT DETERMINING IF THE COUPLE LAD TENLY SUFFERED BY THE HAD SOLD RIGHT FOR THE PHOTOS, THERE BEFORE HAVING THE INFORMATION PUBLISHED BY ANYONE WOULD HAVE BEEN DISTRESSED. I WOULD AWARD NOTHING ON THE OTHER HAD THE MAGAZINE OK HAS EVERY RIGTH TO SAVE THEIR RIVAL FOR THE UNAUTHARIZE PUBLICATION OF THE WEDDING, SINCE IT IS NOT ONLY A CRIME BUT ALSO A LACK OK PROPER BUSINESS ETHICS.
IN M OPINION I WOULD AWARD OK NOT ONLYTHE SUN OF THE LAWSUIT BUT 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT THAT THE EXCLUSIVITY CONTRACT COST THEM, BECAUSE EVEN WITH THAT MONETARY AWARD IT WOULD NOT RECOMPENSE THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE REPULATION OF MAGAZINE, SINCE IT APPEARED THAT THEY LIED IN THEIR MARKETING CLAMING EXCLISIVE PHOTOS.
- THE MAGAZINE HELLO SHOULD BE RESPONSIBE FOR ALL THE LEGAL COST GIVEN THE FACT THAT THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS THE CAUSE OF ALL THE LAWSUITS.
